    Helicopters

Before the auction each year we prepare the area next to the auction facility for helicopters (S 24°28.774’E 027°15.201’). A number of helicopter landing sites are selected and white markings are painted onto the grass. It is best to approach from the south of Amsterdam, keeping well clear of the auction pens. We have a dedicated team waiting for the arrival of helicopters and they will collect the pilot and passengers soon after you have landed.

PLEASE DO NOT OVERFLY THE PENS WEST OF THE DESIGNATED LANDING AREA. This causes extreme stress for the animals in the auction pens. Also, avoid flying over the auction hall in order to reduce the noise levels.

If you remain to the east of the road next to the helicopter landing area, you will avoid the pens and the auction facility.
